This archive is dedicated to complete, uncensored recordings documenting alleged or established law-enforcement misconduct. Each published entry must pass a source, completeness, censorship, and hosting-rights review.
Case labels distinguish allegations from official or court findings. Unknown facts and unresolved outcomes are identified. Recordings with cuts, muted passages, or redactions do not meet this archive's standard.
